Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel your service request under the following circumstances :

  • If the Company determines that the documents submitted are false, inconsistent, inaccurate, or incomplete.
  • If the concerned consulate, embassy, ministry, or government authority refuses to authorize the submitted documents for any reason whatsoever.

In the event that your application is cancelled under the circumstances mentioned above, the Company will cease to process or utilize the services requested. You further acknowledge and agree that you shall not be entitled to any refunds, reimbursements, or claims of any kind arising from such cancellation.

Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel your document attestation request, you must immediately inform your assigned Relationship Executive and send an email to info@goodapostille.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, provided the attestation process has not yet commenced. Once the procedure has been initiated, cancellation may no longer be possible, and any applicable administrative fees will be deducted.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in cases where Good Apostille Services (G-AS) is unable to deliver the requested services. If the document attestation process cannot be completed due to reasons directly attributable to us, you may qualify for a refund.

Non-Refundable Services
Please note that certain services are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

a) Services already rendered in full or in part before a cancellation request is received.
b) Fees paid to third-party agencies such as courier companies, government bodies, or legalization authorities.
c) Charges incurred for document preparation, notarization, translation, or administrative processing.

Refund Process

Contacting Customer Support
To initiate a refund or discuss a cancellation, please reach out to your assigned Relationship Executive by email. Ensure that you include the relevant order details, the document attestation request reference, and the reason for your refund claim.

Refund Evaluation
Once your request is received, it will be assessed in line with the applicable terms and conditions. This review may include checking the stage of the attestation process, verifying documentation, and requesting further information from you if required.

Refund Issuance
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days. Unless otherwise specified or agreed, refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Note: Refunds will not be granted in cases where the submitted documents are found to be false, forged, or fraudulent in nature.
